Thank you very much for very successful Scars Pre-Release and Release events!  I owe special thanks to all the players from Saturday night’s event who loaned me their prize packs so that I could have enough product for the Sunday Event.  I recently learned from The WPN team that all the “extra” drafts that I have been running after my main events do not count toward the amount of product and promos we get allocated for our events.  We love running extra drafts and will try to continue to having them but they will likely be limited to just a couple per weekend.  

Wurmcoil Engine Promos are in.  Wizards only supplied enough for the 1st 15 people who signed up, as I owed promos to some of Sat. participants.  I will give something comparable all who want to trade or do not make the cut off.  Please come in and get your prize packs and promos.  Thank you very much again to all of you who loaned us stuff.  Here are the top finishers:

Portland Grand Prix Trials Results & Pictures.

Twenty players came out for our Portland GPT.  The event consisted of a 5 round M11 sealed deck event with a cut to the top 8 draft.  Eleven hours later Nephi James battled Dane Young and Nephi emerged the winner.  Thank you very much to all the players who participated and Jeff Lee for judging our event.

We are hosting more MTG constructed events in honor of Kris and Daniel Andrews who will be relocating off our island within a few months.  They may or may not be able to attend them all, but I want to make sure that they have events to play in if they somehow have time.  Keith and I will really miss this great father and son team.  🙂
