ALOHA! Phone was fixed Thursday 2pm.  Before that, communications got really bad and in the end I couldn't even get on the internet!  Phone jack for my alarm went bad and shorted.  Alert Alarm put a rush on service for us and jack was fixed on Friday.  Super happy!
